Ibis Hamburg Alsterring Hotel, Hamburg

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and the beds were firm and comfortable, plus the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I felt that the rooms could have been a little nicer with extras like a couch and a mini fridge. Additionally, even during rush hour, there was a bit of noise from the street due to the lack of sound isolation.

The hotel is perfect for my business travel with clean rooms and efficient housekeeping. The service was friendly during check-in, although there was an issue with serving dinner when we had drinks from outside. The location is bustling and convenient, near the metro for easy exploration, but it's not the nicest area overall. The dining options were well-stocked but seemed overpriced for what was offered. Facilities are up to standard.
